General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the sales of products made on the website www.ambjaya.com .
All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products
The products offered are described precisely.
Photographs are not contractual.
Ambjaya cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the photos and the products delivered.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros inclusive of VAT and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Delivery costs are specified before confirmation.
Ambjaya reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
4. Order
Any order placed implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer as soon as the payment is validated.
Ambjaya reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute or payment problem.
5. Payment
Payments are made via secure systems (Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Ambjaya does not store any banking data.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and Europe via La Poste and Mondial Relay.
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Ambjaya cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Excludes hijab collections.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Reimbursement
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order.
9. Responsibility
Ambjaya cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the products.
The company cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable external events.
10. Legal Guarantees
In accordance with the law, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In case of non-conformity, the customer can request a replacement or a refund.
11. Personal data
Ambjaya is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Ambjaya's head office.
